Hanhdung is a native of Vietnam and is fluent in both, English and Vietnamese. As a result of her upbringing overseas, as well as her ownership of thriving businesses in both, the U.S. and Costa Rica, Hanhdung has learned to navigate and understand a diverse array of cultures. All of these attributes lend her an advantage over other brokers in the industry; as she is able to connect on both an entrepreneurial, and cultural level with various clients.
Hanhdung has a business degree from HCMC Conservatory & Huflit University, as well as years of experience working in accounting and finance. This gives Hanhdung a keen understanding of business financials, as well as the capacity to look at things from varying perspectives. Hanhdung uses these strengths to create fair opportunities for both buyers and sellers in every transaction she touches.

With nearly 10 years of business ownership experience, Brenda is no stranger to what it means to be an entrepreneur. Having been a consultant to CEOs across the real estate industry, Brenda has years of experience working with business owners and understands the grit and agility required to run a successful company. While focusing on financial and operational best practices and contract negotiations, Brenda is also skilled with the softer skills crucial to a business’s success; including listening, asking questions to seek clarity, setting expectations, and handling crucial conversations. All of these attributes help her to navigate even the most austere situations, and to set the stage for client growth, and successful business exits across all industries.
Brenda earned her Executive MBA from the University of Utah and resides in Texas.

Fluent in English and Arabic, Amer is no stranger to cultural immersion. He has years of experience dealing with business owners and clients coming from varied backgrounds and business mentalities. Originally from the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Amer completed his Bachelor's, MBA, and Doctoral degrees in business from Penn State University and South College in Tennessee. Amer owned and operated multiple businesses in healthcare, transportation, and ecommerce arenas, and has experience in consulting virtually every industry in the business world.
Amer has top-notch experience in business brokerage, development, and mergers and acquisitions. With foundational experience in accounting, finance, marketing, statistics, and consulting, Amer knows how to create winning scenarios for his clients, by vigorously negotiating the best deals, and saving them time and effort dealing with buyers.

Veronica Castillo, was born and raised in Mexico, where Spanish was her native tongue. She eventually moved to Denver, Colorado at the age of 12, where she graduated high school in three years and pursued a degree in Applied Science of Business Administration. She did all of this while learning English and starting a career in sales. She moved on to work over 15 years in retail banking for Wells Fargo Bank, where she quickly climbed the corporate ladder and held different positions leading to management. She achieved quarterly regional recognition for Sales and Service quality.
Veronica is also a Licensed Real Estate Agent, giving her the capacity to sell businesses and real estate with Business Lynx International. She loves to connect with clients on a personal level, to properly represent their best interests in some of the most important decisions of their lives.

Darren has over 25 years of experience acquiring and selling his own businesses, and is no stranger to hard work. With a varied background of personally building, operating, purchasing, then successfully selling companies, he conveniently relates to all sides of the transaction. As a Texas native, Darren has strong roots and business ties throughout the DFW Metroplex, and knows how to navigate the inevitable friction points that take place in all transactions.

With ownership background across various industries over the years, from real estate to tanning salons and painting, Darren is accomplished in effectively aligning product value with client needs. This allowed him to shatter sales records in every brand he’s been involved with. He is big on community development and strategically plans and executes each transaction. Throughout her career, Gaby has worked in many different industries and sectors, from retail and banking to hospitality and travel. This has given her a myriad of skills and experiences to leverage during transactions for her clients. Most notably, she has developed the ability to analyze and interpret large swathes of complex data. Gaby’s most recent experience was within the sales sector, where she learned the valuable art, of not only negotiating, but closing transactions. Through all of her experiences, what remained constant was her desire to continue to grow, learn, and help others.
Born and raised in Irving, Texas, Gaby has worked and lived within the DFW area all her life. She earned her Bachelors of Business Management and MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington. Gaby is eager to take on any challenge and assist clients with their business needs.

As a serial entrepreneur, Cassie has owned and operated companies ranging anywhere from med spas to water distribution businesses. As a result, she knows the highs and lows that come with business ownership. Going through the process of business aquisitions herself has given her intimate insight on how it is to be on the other side of the table, and brings a great deal of knowledge and value to each transaction as a result.
Before becoming an Entrepreneur, she was a top sales performer in numerous companies that spanned a wide range of industries. During this time she developed an uncanny ability to connect and lead her counterparts. As a result, she was able to consistently work her way up to senior management, even while attending college. In fact, she has gone down in history for holding the record for one of the biggest sales in her company’s existence (a Warren Buffet company).

Kaitlyn is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in acquiring, owning, operating, and ultimately selling a diverse portfolio of businesses. Her entrepreneurial background spans industries including restoration, property management, and even owning the world’s highest-volume birthing centers. Having personally navigated the entire lifecycle of business ownership, Kaitlyn has a deep understanding of both the challenges and rewards that come along with entrepreneurship. Her hands-on experience with the acquisition and selling of her own businesses, provides her with a unique perspective from both the buy and sell-sides of the transaction. Rocko has successfully negotiated in excess of $250MM of contractual agreements throughout his career, and has owned and operated his own businesses for over a decade. In the world of M&A Rocko brings a unique perspective and skillset from his varied background as an Acquisitions Analyst in the private equity realm, and participating on the buy and sell-sides of main street and lower middle market transactions.
Rocko is a Certified Business Intermediary and a Certified Mergers and Acquisitions Professional. He has lived abroad and studied International Trade at the University of Istanbul, and received his B.S. in Marketing, MBA in Business Analytics, and advanced certifications in Negotiations and Strategic Management from Georgetown.

Originally from Kazakhstan, Mira received her MBA from Hult International Business School and is fluent in Russian, English & Kazakh.
Mira is responsible for helping Business Lynx’s International clients organize US businesses, and heads the company’s E-2 & EB-5 practice. Mira has an international business background and extensive experience in financial services and business consulting.
Since 2018, Mira has been helping clients to register legal entities, create operational and financial strategies, and develop business plans across a variety of industries, including: logistics and transportation, senior care, e-commerce, financial services, real estate, and retail.

Kayla has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Tarleton State University and is currently pursuing her MBA. With her psychology background, Kayla has a solid foundation of understanding multicultural perspectives and personalities.

Kayla has years of experience providing administrative assistance to different types of businesses. Kayla currently manages listing inquiries and provides administrative support to the Business Lynx International staff.

Chris has been a franchise consultant since 2001. His experience in the franchise development industry began with a franchise consulting firm where he worked with a variety of successful franchise systems including Jimmy John’s, European Wax Center, 911 Restoration, Smash Burger, Marco’s Pizza, Mad Science Group and other franchise systems where he was able to learn the franchise development process.
Now he works with Business Lynx International to provide full-service franchise development solutions to new and existing franchisors. Today, Chris oversees the company’s Franchise Division and works directly with clients to execute the franchise development process with brands globally. He has helped to develop over 400 franchise brands including Anytime Fitness, Baxter Healthcare, Blimpie, Hungry Howie’s Pizza, Restoration 1, Smash My Trash, Two Men and a Truck along with others.
