Is there a cost to join?
No. The Lynx Link Partner Program is free.
When do I get paid?
Within 7 days of the agreement being signed and our receipt of your payment details and W-9, whether or not the deal ultimately closes.
What counts as a qualified introduction?
An owner who signs an engagement agreement with Business Lynx International: a listing agreement to sell, or a franchise development agreement to scale. For franchise buyers, a signed franchise agreement with a brand we represent. The person cannot already be in active discussions with us in the six months before your introduction. The $2,500 fee applies when the listing price in the signed agreement is $1 million or more.
What if the deal includes real estate?
When a transaction involves real estate, referral fees are paid only as Texas law permits, which generally means to licensed real estate brokers.
Do I have to sell anything?
No. Partners make introductions only. Our team handles every conversation about value, terms and franchise disclosures.
I’m a CPA or attorney. Can I participate?
Yes. If your professional rules limit referral fees, join as an Inner Circle partner for reciprocal referrals and co-marketing instead.
Partner compensation is governed by the written Lynx Link Partner Agreement. Partners act solely to make introductions and are not authorized to negotiate, give opinions of value, or offer franchises on behalf of Business Lynx International or its clients. On transactions involving real estate, referral fees are paid only as permitted by the Texas Real Estate License Act.
